基于汽车隔热板冲压工艺的数值模拟 被引量:1

摘要 以汽车隔热板用铝合金材料的冲压工艺为研究对象,基于双动式冲压工艺建立CAE模型,通过数值模拟,分析不同压边力对冲压质量的影响。数值模拟结果表明,压边力为500 k N时,成形性较好,厚度分布和回弹量分布较为均匀。以500 k N的压边力进行实际冲压,试验结果与数值模拟结果吻合。 Taking the stamping process of aluminum alloy materials for automotive heat insulation panels as the research object,a CAE model based on the double-action stamping process was established,and the influence of different blank holder forces on stamping quality was analyzed through numerical simulation.Numerical simulation results showed that when the blank holder force was 500 kN,the formability is better,and the thickness distribution and springback distribution are more uniform.The actual stamping was carried out with a blank holder force of 500 kN,and the experimental results are consistent with the numerical simulation results.
