新发展理念推进新型城镇化建设研究

Research on the New Development Concept to Promote the Construction of New Urbanization by New Ideas of Development

新型城镇化是促进经济高质量发展、建设现代化强国的战略举措,也是一项系统化的民生福祉工程。新型城镇化有别于以物为主的传统城镇化,是以人为出发点的特色城镇化,旨在构建一个民主自由、生活更加富裕、文化极其丰富、社会和谐、环境宜居的新城市模式。新型城镇化有利于刺激内需、促进城乡均衡发展、创新社会管理方式。当前我国新型城镇化建设中存在的政治经济文化社会生态问题,需要运用创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享的新发展理念来有效应对。

New-type urbanization is a strategic measure to promote economic high-quality development and build a modern and powerful country,but also a systemic engineering of the people’s livelihood and welfare. Unlike traditional urbanization which is dominated by materials,new urbanization is a characteristic urbanization based on human beings,aiming to build a new urban model featuring democracy and freedom,richer life,rich culture,harmonious society,and livable environment. New urbanization is conducive to stimulate domestic demand,balance urban and rural development,innovate social management methods. The current political,economic,cultural,social,and ecological problems in my country’s new urbanization construction require the use of innovative,coordinated,green,open,and shared new development concepts to effectively deal with them.
