摘要
为给八达岭长城的游客提供最便捷的交通服务,京张高铁下穿长城并在长城脚下设置了地下车站,该车站是目前世界上“建设规模最大、埋深最大、开挖跨度最大、洞室结构最复杂”的地下暗挖高铁车站,面临深埋车站舒适环境营造、防灾疏散救援保障、超大跨隧道和密集洞群稳定支护、重要风景名胜区文物和环境保护等关键技术难题。针对这些问题,八达岭长城站提出了“更安全、更人文、更环保、更耐久”的设计目标,采用了更安全的群洞布局和流线设计,更人文的选线选址、设备选型和环境营造,更环保的排水体系、粉尘处理和施工工艺,更耐久的支护系统和衬砌结构,解决了以上难题,并取得了以下成果:(1)创建了多层密集洞群地下车站新模式及洞群修建技术;(2)研发了30m以上超大跨隧道修建技术;(3)提出了深埋地下车站环境营造及防灾救援技术;(4)建立了下穿长城古建筑微震爆破技术和下穿风景名胜区环境保护技术等一系列技术创新成果。
In order to provide the most convenient transportation services for the tourists of Badaling Great Wall,the Beijing-Zhangjiakou High-speed Railway passes under the Great Wall and an underground station is set up at the foot of the Great Wall.The station is an underground high-speed railway station with the largest construction scale,the largest buried depth,the largest excavation span and the most complex cave structure in the world,which are challenged by creating comfort waiting environment,disaster prevention and evacuation,large cross tunnel rock stability,dense mass cave effect and structural design,protection of cultural relics and environment.For these issues,the design concept of“safer,more humanistic,more effective environmental protection and more durable”is put forward.With a safer group tunnel layout and streamlined design,more humanistic route selection,site selection,equipment type selection and environmental construction,more environmentally friendly drainage systems,dust treatment,and construction processes and more durable support system and lining structures,a series of technological innovations are achieved as follows:(1)creation of a new mode of multi-layer dense tunnel group underground station and tunnel group construction technology;(2)development of 30m and over super-large cross-span tunnel construction technology;(3)proposition of environmental construction and disaster prevention and rescue technology of the deep buried underground station;(4)establishment of micro-shock blasting technology for passing under ancient buildings of the Great Wall and the environmental protection technology for passing under scenic spots.
