屠宰生猪肾脏病变的观察与分析

Observation and analysis of lesion of kidney in slaughtered pigs

目前关于猪疾病的相关研究国内外已不少,其中对猪内脏病变的研究也很深入,但是关于屠宰生猪肾脏眼观病变与显微病变的研究还相对较少。鉴于屠宰生猪内脏检疫在生猪屠宰检疫工作中的重要性,本试验首先通过对大量屠宰生猪肾脏眼观病变的观察,然后进行分类统计,再对不同病变肾脏进行HE组织切片染色观察,最后与眼观病变进行对照分析。观察结果可为疫病的分析及屠宰生猪脏器检疫工作提供技术支持。

To date,study of disease in pig at home and abroad was abundant.Among them,pathological changes in internal organs of pig were in depth study.However,few studies have evaluated the lesions and histopathological changes of kidney on slaughtered pig.Given the importance of quarantine in internal organs of slaughtered pig,we analyzed the morbidity of kidney base on massive clinical observation.After that,HE staining was performed on paraffin sections,and then the lesion in histology and organs was compared.The result of present study will provide the technical support for disease analysis and quarantine.
