Thoughts and Advancement of the Cooperative Participation of The Trade Union Under Social Governance Perspective

中国的社会治理正经历着从管理到治理的深刻转型。在构建共建共治共享社会治理新格局的背景下,工会组织作为党联系职工群众的桥梁和纽带,作为职工群众合法权益的代表者和维护者,作为构建和谐劳动关系的主要力量,在激发社会活力、整合社会力量、创新社会治理和维护社会稳定和谐中发挥着重要的作用。新形势下,工会干部必须充分认识和把握新时代我国社会治理的阶段性特征,探索和创新协同参与社会治理的实现路径。

China's social governance is transforming from management to governance.With the development of a new model of social governance based on collaboration,co-governance,and common gains,trade unions are the bridge and link between the Communist Party of China and the majority of employees,the representative and defender of the rights and interests of the employees,and the main force for building a harmonious labor relationship.Therefore,trade unions play an important role in stimulating social vitality,integrating social forces,innovating social governance,and maintaining social stability and harmony.Trade union cadres must fully understand and grasp the phased characteristics of China's social governance in the new era,and explore and innovate to participate in social governance in coordination under the new situation.
