摘要
受新冠肺炎疫情、油价超低位震荡等多重因素叠加影响,全球经济承压向下,油气供需两端同时受挫,石油行业陷入“寒冬”。面对困境,中国石油集团渤海钻探工程有限公司工会开展以全员创新为核心内容的“淘金行动”,持续开展了创新立项、成果评选、展示交流、推广应用等工作,强化所属各单位的成果交流,加强劳模(工匠)创新室建设,充分发挥“民间科技”作用,让“人人都是淘金客、处处都是节支点”成为广大职工群众的思想自觉和行动自觉,形成淘金成果接续不断、岗位创新氛围浓厚、淘金文化逐步构筑的良好格局。
Affected by multiple factors such as the COVID-19 epidemic and ultra-low oil price fl uctuations,the global economy is under pressure,and both ends of the oil and gas supply and demand are frustrated,and the oil industry is in a"cold winter".In the face of diffi culties,the labor union of CNPC Bohai Drilling Engineering Co.,Ltd.launched a"mining action"with full-staff innovation as the core content,and continued to carry out innovative projects,selection of results,exhibitions and exchanges,and promotion and application.By strengthening the exchange of achievements of affi liated units,building model workers and craftsman innovation rooms,we will give full play to the role of"civil technology".Let all the employees consciously form the idea of"everyone is a craftsman,and there are gold mines everywhere"and take active actions.Thus,achievements continue,job innovation forms an atmosphere,and a mining culture is gradually established.
