激发群众性安全生产“两个一”活动新动能

Promote Mass Production Safety with"Two Ones"Activities

中国石油大港油田公司第五采油厂工会主动探索职工群众劳动保护监督工作的科学化、制度化管理运行模式,积极开展安全生产“两个一”活动。通过组织安全生产管理部门精心编制“两书”、逐级推动落实、突击查纠违章、评审认定奖励等举措,使员工违章行为逐步减少,事故隐患数量持续下降,安全技防水平不断提升,安全生产氛围日益浓厚,并激发了员工自觉纠正违章、严格按操作规程办事的持久内生动力,为安全生产“群防群治”实践积累了宝贵经验。

The trade union of the Fifth Oil Production Plant of PetroChina Dagang Oilfi eld Co.,Ltd.actively explored the scientifi c and institutionalized management and operation mode of employee labor protection supervision,and actively carried out the"two ones"activities of safe production.By organizing the production safety management department to carefully compile the"two reports",implement them level by level,make surprise investigations and correct violations,review and identify awards,etc.,violations have been gradually reduced,the number of potential accidents has decreased,the level of safety technology prevention has improved,and the safety production atmosphere has become increasingly strong.The"Two Ones"activity stimulated the employees'lasting endogenous motivation of consciously correcting violations and strictly following the operating procedures.Therefore,the practice of"group prevention and group governance"in safe production has accumulated valuable experience.
