摘要
安徽省总工会2020年8月开展了全省工会加强和改进职工思想政治工作集中调研。调研结果反映出当前职工队伍思想状况总体稳定,主流是积极向上的,但同时也存在工作形式单一、对职工吸引力不足,缺乏系统化、规范化的工作机制,缺少从事思想政治工作的专业人才和缺乏相关专业知识的系统培训等问题。各级工会组织应当明确角色定位,充分认识新时代加强和改进职工思想政治工作的重要性和紧迫性,建立职工思想政治工作定期调研分析制度,坚持把解决职工思想问题与解决实际问题相结合,不断创新工作内容和方式方法,培育一支热心群众工作、掌握职工思想政治工作规律和方法的工会干部队伍,不断增强职工思想政治工作的预见性、实效性、时代性和创新性。
In August 2020,the Anhui Provincial Federation of Trade Unions launched a concentrated survey of the province's trade unions to strengthen and improve the ideological and political work of employees.The survey results refl ect that the current ideological status of the workforce in Anhui Province is generally stable,and the mainstream is positive.The ideological and political work of employees still has problems such as single form,insuffi cient attraction to employees,lack of systematic and standardized working mechanisms,and lack of professional personnel engaged in ideological and political work and systematic training of relevant professional knowledge.Trade union organizations at all levels should clarify their roles and positioning,fully understand the importance and urgency of strengthening and improving employees'ideological and political work in the new era,establish a regular investigation and analysis system for employees'ideological and political work,and insist on combining the solution of employees'ideological and practical problems.Continually innovate the content and methods of work,cultivate a team of trade union cadres who are enthusiastic about mass work and master the rules and methods of employee ideological and political work,and continuously enhance the predictability,effectiveness,timeliness,and innovation of employee ideological and political work.
