摘要
本文以国内外市场上不同高压接触器磁吹结构为研究对象,通过市场样品,仿真分析了各灭弧结构在磁场下的磁力线分布图情况,并结合试验测量了各种结构下形成的磁场大小,最后综合比较了各种结构的灭弧效果。结果表明:设计成无极性的磁吹灭弧结构的接触器反向电流阻性负载切换寿命,灭弧效果几乎不受影响,电气寿命与正向电流的次数几乎相当。从用户使用便利度上考虑,无极性的磁吹灭弧结构更优。此研究为设计高压接触器灭弧结构奠定理论基础,具有重要的实际工程应用价值。
In this paper,the magnetic blowing structures of different high-voltage contactors in the domestic and foreign markets are taken as the research objects.Through market samples,the distribution of magnetic force lines of each arc extinguishing structure in the magnetic field is simulated and analyzed,and the magnetic field size formed under various structures is measured in combination with experiments.Finally,the arc extinguishing effects of various structures are comprehensively compared.The results show that the reverse current resistive load switching life of contactor designed with non-polar magnetic arc blowout structure is almost not affected by the arc blowout effect,and the electrical life is almost equal to the number of forward current.Considering the user's convenience,the non-polar magnetic arc blowout structure is better.This research lays a theoretical foundation for designing arc extinguishing structure of high voltage contactor and has important practical engineering application value.
