大型车辆电子外后视镜系统设计研究与实现 被引量:1

摘要 本文详细分析大型车辆普遍存在的盲区问题,目前依靠多片物理镜片解决了部分盲区,但是雨雾天行车镜片易沾水起雾不易观察存在安全隐患。提出基于摄像头视频流媒体技术的电子外后视镜解决方案,详细介绍硬件系统设计原理和框架,创新设计适合车头跟车身宽度接近的车型的摄像头安装短臂和适合车头比车身窄车型的摄像头安装长臂,介绍软件系统分屏显示逻辑和DVR录像及输入控制,设计基于WiFi的手机互联功能,方便了系统固件升级、电子质保、录像文件下载等功能。通过在多种常见恶劣环境下测试,电子外后视镜显示效果佳、功能强、技术优势明显,适用于各种天气环境,既实用又经济,能有效解决盲区问题降低交通事故率。 In this paper,the common blind area problem of large vehicles is analyzed in detail.At present,some blind areas are solved by relying on a number of physical lenses,but the lenses are easy to get wet and foggy in rainy and foggy days,and are not easy to observe,which has potential safety hazards.This paper proposes a solution of electronic exterior rearview mirror based on camera video streaming media technology,introduces the design principle and framework of hardware system in detail,and innovatively designs the camera mounting short arm suitable for the vehicle with the front width close to the vehicle body and the camera mounting long arm suitable for the vehicle with the front narrower than the vehicle body.It also introduces the software system split screen display logic,DVR video recording and input control,and design mobile phone interconnection function based on WiFi,facilitates the system firmware upgrade,electronic quality assurance,video file download and other functions.Through testing in a variety of common harsh environments,the electronic exterior rear-view mirror has good display effect,strong function and obvious technical advantages,suitable for all kinds of weather environment which is practical and economical,and can effectively solve the blind area problem and reduce the traffic accident rate.
