摘要
蒸汽发生器用于汽车挡风玻璃除雾试验,是模拟人呼出蒸汽的雾气发生设备。该设备雾气发生量对于车内湿度影响明显,从而对除雾装置性能测试的结果评判有重要的影响。本文依据GB 11555-2009《汽车风窗玻璃除霜和除雾系统的性能和试验方法》,对试验所用的蒸汽发生装置沸点热损失、鼓风机风压和排量以及蒸汽输出量等计量特性进行深入探究,提出了一套完整的校准方案。
The steam generator is used for the defogging test of the windshield of a car,and it is a mist generating device that simulates the steam exhaled by a person.The amount of fog generated by the equipment has a significant impact on the humidity in the car,which has an important impact on the evaluation of the performance test of the defogging device.Based on《GB 11555-2009 Motor vehicles-windshield demisting and defrosting system-Performance requirements and test methods》,the paper conducts in-depth measurement characteristics such as the boiling point heat loss of the steam generating device,the air pressure and displacement of the blower,and the steam output used in the test,and a complete calibration scheme was proposed.
