摘要
安全气囊作为汽车安全系统最主要的构成部件,能够有效保护驾驶员以及乘员的行车安全,如今已逐渐成为汽车的标配而被普及。安全气囊系统的结构及控制方法较为特别,主要体现在电气的集成度高、安全的控制级别高、数据的传输精度高等方面。而在实际使用时,各种不确定因素对安全系统的干扰较大,因此导致发生故障时的检修难度也较高。本文主要论述汽车安全气囊的诊断方法和过程,概述安全气囊组成和基本原理,并以大众汽车案例进行分析。
As the most important component of the automobile safety system,the airbag can effectively protect the driver and the occupant's driving safety.Now,it has gradually become the marking of the car and is popularized.The structure and control methods of the air bag system are more special,which is mainly reflected in the high integration of electric,high level of safety control and high precision of data transmission.However,when the actual situation is used,all kinds of uncertain factors have great interference on the security system,which leads to the difficulty of troubleshooting.This paper mainly discusses the diagnosis method and process of automotive airbag,outlines the composition and basic principles of airbag,and takes the case of Volkswagen car as an example.
