摘要
目的:研究长柄唐松草(Thalictrumprzewalskii Maxim.)的化学成分及对细胞增殖的影响。方法:对长柄唐松草95%乙醇提取物采用硅胶、SephadexLH-20进行分离纯化,根据理化性质及波谱数据鉴定化合物的结构。采用MTT法检测化合物对MHCC97细胞增殖的影响。结果:从长柄唐松草中分离得到11个化合物,分别鉴定为5,3'-dihydroxy-7,4'-dimethoxyflavanone(1)、crototropone(2)、columbianetinacetate(3)、isopropylidenkirenol(4)、isosilychristin(5)、9α-羟基紫菀内酯(6)、对羟基肉桂酸甲酯(7)、dehydroespeleton(8)、piceatannol 4'-O-(6″-O-galloyl)-β-D-glucopyranoside(9)、isolugrandoside(10)和对甲氧基肉桂酸(11)。化合物3的IC50值为11.26μg/mL,化合物8的IC50值为28.43μg/mL。结论:所有化合物均为首次从长柄唐松草中分离得到,其中化合物2、3、5、6、8、10为首次从该属性物中分离得到,且化合物3和化合物8可抑制MHCC97细胞增殖。
Objective:To study the chemical constituents of Thalictrum przewalskii Maxim.and their effects on cell proliferation.Methods:The 95%ethanol extracts from Thalictrum przewalskii Maxim.were purified by silica column and Sephadex LH-20,then the structures of obtained compounds were identified by physicochemical properties and spectral data.The effects of the compounds on MHCC97 cell proliferation were determined by MTT assay.Results:11 compounds from Thalictrum przewalskii Maxim.were isolated and identified as 5,3'-dihydroxy-7,4'-dimethoxyflavanone(1),crototropone(2),columbianetin acetate(3),isopropylidenkirenol(4),isosilychristin(5),9α-hydroxyl aster(6),methyl p-hydroxycinnamate(7),dehydroespeleton(8),piceatannol 4'-O-(6″-O-galloyl)-β-D-glucopyranoside(9),isolugrandoside(10)and p-methoxycinnamic acid(11).The IC50 of compound 3 was 11.26μg/mL and of compound 8 was 28.43μg/mL.Conclusion:All the compounds were isolated and identified from Thalictrum przewalskii Maxim.for the first time,among which compounds 2,3,5,6,8 and 10 were firstly isolated and indentified from the genus,and compounds 3 and 8 could inhibit MHCC97 cell proliferation.
