姜德友教授从肝论治顽固性失眠临证经验举隅

Professor JIANG Deyou′s Experience in Treating Refractory Insomnia with the Thought of Treating from Liver

姜德友教授根据多年临床实践总结,认为顽固性失眠多由“肝病烦心扰神”所致,并提出“肝心同治”治则,或补益肝血、除烦宁心;或平肝熄风、化瘀安神;或疏肝解郁、清火安神。运用酸枣仁汤、天麻钩藤饮、柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤等经方、时方,在诊治过程中密切观察病情变化,方药调整有的放矢,临床收效显著。

According to the clinical practice of many years,professor JIANG Deyou concluded that the refractory insomnia was mainly caused by‘Liver disease disturbing Shen’,and put forward the treatment principle of‘treating Liver and Heart simultaneously’.It can either invigorate Liver-blood,relieve restlessness and calm Heart,or calm Liver and ease wind,remove blood stasis and tranquilize Shen,or soothe Liver and relieve depression,clear fire and tranquilize Shen.In the course of diagnosis and treatment,the changes of the disease were closely observed,and the adjustments of formula were targeted and had achieved remarkable clinical effect.
