益脑通络方治疗血瘀型缺血性中风88例临床研究

88 Clinical Cases Observation on Yinao Tongluo Formula in Treating Ischemic Stroke of Blood Stasis Pattern

目的:探究陈景河先生自拟方剂益脑通络方用于血瘀型缺血性中风的临床疗效。方法:选取符合纳入标准的176例中医辨证为血瘀型的缺血性中风患者,按照随机数字表分为研究组和对照组,每组各88例。对照组在常规治疗的基础上口服阿司匹林肠溶片,研究组在对照组基础上加服益脑通络方,疗程为2个月。比较两组患者治疗前后的血液流变学指标、神经功能缺损评分及中医证候评分,并对临床综合疗效进行比较。结果:两组患者治疗后血液流变学相关指标、NIHSS评分、中医证候评分均下降(P<0.05),且研究组改善程度优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组临床有效率为77.3%(68/88),对照组临床有效率为65.9%(58/88),研究组优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:益脑通络方治疗血瘀型缺血性中风的疗效显著,能显著改善患者的临床症状和血液流变学指标。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Yinao Tongluo Formula,which was prescribed by CHEN Jinghe,on ischemic stroke of blood stasis pattern.Methods:A total of 176 patients with ischemic stroke of blood stasis pattern were randomly divided into the study group and the control group,with 88 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Aspirin enteric-coated tablets and Atorvastatin calcium tablets based on the conventional treatment;on which basis,the study group was also treated with Yinao Tongluo Formula.The treatment duration was 2 months.The indexes of hemorrheology,as well as the scores of neurological deficit and TCM syndrome were compared before and after the treatment in the two groups.The clinical efficacy was also compared between the two groups.Results:The related indexes of hemorrheology,NIHSS scores and TCM syndrome scores were all decreased after the treatment in the two groups(P<0.05);of which the decreases in the study group were more significant(P<0.05).The total clinical effective rate was 77.3%(68/88)in the study group,which was significantly higher than 65.9%(58/88)in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Yinao Tongluo Formula has a significant effect on ischemic stroke of blood stasis pattern,it can improve the clinical symptoms and the indexes of hemorrheology of the patients.
