摘要
高粱黑粉菌蛋白是一类重要的活性物质。以高粱黑粉菌为原料,通过单因素试验和响应面试验,优化碱提—酸沉法提取高粱黑粉菌蛋白的工艺条件。结果表明:在料液比1∶8、提取温度20℃及NaOH溶液pH值8的条件下,高粱黑粉菌蛋白提取率达到0.3%。
Ustilago maydis protein is a kind of important active substance.In this paper,single factor test and response surface test were used to optimize the extraction process of sorghum black fungus protein by alkali extraction and acid precipitation.The results showed that under the conditions of solid-liquid ratio of 1∶8,extraction temperature of 20℃and pH value of NaOH solution 8,the extraction rate of bacterial protein from sorghum black powder reached 0.3%.
