思维导图指导下无缝隙全程干预在肝癌手术患者中的效果评价

Evaluation of the effect of whole-course seamless intervention guided by mind mappings in patients undergoing liver cancer surgery

目的分析思维导图指导下无缝隙全程干预在肝癌手术患者中的效果。方法将2017年1月至2018年7月收治的61例肝癌患者作为对照组,将2018年8月至2020年5月收治的61例肝癌患者作为观察组,给予对照组常规干预,于此基础上给予观察组思维导图指导下无缝隙全程干预,比较两组患者术后康复情况、护理满意度,干预前后疾病认知、心理调适情况。结果观察组患者术后首次下床时间、首次肛门排气时间及术后住院时间均明显短于对照组,首次下床活动持续时间明显长于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.01)。干预后,观察组患者疾病认知情况明显优于对照组,心理痛苦各维度评分均明显低于对照组,心理幸福感各维度评分均明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.01)。观察组护理总满意度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.01)。结论给予肝癌手术患者思维导图指导下无缝隙全程干预,有助于提高患者疾病认知,调控情绪,促进术后早期康复。

Objective To analyze the effect of whole-course seamless intervention guided by mind mappings in pa-tients undergoing liver cancer surgery.Method The 61 patients with liver cancer admitted from January 2017 to July 2018 were selected as the control group.The 61 patients with liver cancer admitted from August 2018 to May 2020 were enrolled as the observation group.The control group was given routine intervention,while the observation group was giv-en whole-course seamless intervention guided by mind mappings.And the postoperative rehabilitation,nursing satisfac-tion,disease cognition,and psychological adjustment before and after the intervention were compared between the two groups.Result The first getting out of bed time,the first anal exhaust time,and the postoperative hospitalization time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the duration of the first postoperative activity was longer than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).After the intervention,the ob-servation group was significantly better than the control group regarding disease cognition,the scores of all dimensions of psychological pain in the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the scores of all dimensions of psychological well-being were significantly higher than those of the control group,the differences were sta-tistically significant(P<0.01).The general nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion Whole-course seamless inter-vention guided by mind mappings for patients undergoing liver cancer surgery could help improve patients’disease cog-nition,modulate their emotions,and promote fast postoperative recovery.
