中医护理促进脑卒中偏瘫患者康复的临床效果及满意度分析

Analysis of the clinical effect and satisfaction degree of traditional Chinese medicine nursing in promoting rehabilitation of stroke patients with hemiplegia

目的分析中医护理对脑卒中偏瘫患者康复的临床效果及满意度的影响。方法基于2019年6月-2020年12月区间,纳入60例脑卒中偏瘫病例样本展开研究,以护理方案差异性分组,30例归入对比组(常规护理)、30例归入研究组(联合中医护理),比较护理效果。结果干预前,两组上、下肢运动功能评分无差异(P>0.05),干预后,研究组均更高(P<0.05);干预前,两组NIHSS、ADL评分无差异(P>0.05),干预后,研究组NIHSS评分更低,ADL评分更高(P<0.05);干预前,两组GQOL-74量表各维度评分无差异(P>0.05),干预后,研究组均更高(P<0.05);研究组护理满意度96.67%(29/30)较对比组80.00%(24/30)更高(P<0.05)。结论在脑卒中偏瘫患者临床护理工作中,配合中医护理,能够最大程度提升其运动功能、日常生活能力以及生活质量,降低神经功能缺损严重程度,同时,患者对护理服务满意度更高,因此,中医护理可作为推荐干预模式在脑卒中偏瘫患者临床护理工作中推广、应用。

Objective To analyze the influence of traditional Chinese medicine nursing on the clinical effect and satisfaction of stroke patients with hemiplegia.Methods Based on the interval from June 2019 to December 2020,60 cases of stroke hemiplegia cases were included in the study,and they were grouped according to differences in nursing plans.30 cases were classified into the comparison group(routine care)and 30 cases were classified into the study group(Combined with traditional Chinese medicine nursing)to compare nursing effects.Resu I ts Before the intervention,there was no difference in the motor function scores of the upper and lower limbs between the two groups(P>0.05).After the intervention,the study group was higher(P<0.05);before the intervention,there was no difference in the NIHSS and ADL scores between the two groups(P>0.05)After the intervention,the NIHSS score of the study group was lower and the ADL score was higher(P<0.05);before the intervention,there was no difference in the scores of each dimension of the GQOL-74 scale between the two groups(P>0.05).After the intervention,the study group was more High(P<0.05);96.67%(29/30)of nursing satisfaction in the study group was higher than 80.00%(24/30)in the control group(P<0.05).Conelusion In the clinical nursing work of stroke patients with hemiplegia,cooperating with TCM nursing can maximize their motor function,ability of daily living and quality of life,reduce the severity of neurological deficits,and at the same time,patients are more satisfied with nursing services,so,TCM nursing can be promoted and applied as a recommended intervention mode in the clinical nursing of stroke patients with hemiplegia.
