摘要
总结了小方坯超高拉速保护渣研究过程及实践应用效果,为实现小方坯超高拉速,同时保证生产正常、质量稳定,结合实际情况,通过一系列配方调整、优化,最终确定了保护渣各物料配方最佳方案及最佳理化性能指标,将连铸小方坯最高拉速提高至5.73 m/min。
This paper summarizes the research process and practical application effect of super-high casting speed mold powder for small billet.Inorder to realize super-high casting speed of billet and guarantee normal production and stable quality,In combination with the practical situation of our plant,through a series of formula adjustment and optimization,the best formula scheme and the best physical and chemical performance indicators of mold powder are finally determined,and the maximum casting speed of billet is increased to 5.73m/min.
