摘要
带钢卷取机是轧钢生产线上的一种常用设备,广泛应用于轧钢、酸洗、脱脂连退、平整、纵剪、重卷镀锌、镀锡等生产线。在带钢生产时钳口夹紧力会使此钳口条的把合螺栓承受较大的周期性变载荷拉应力,易引起螺栓的变形、松动甚至断裂,进而导致钳口的变形卡死或夹不住钢。通过对卷取机的结构、装配标定和工艺各方面进行分析,从根本上解决此问题。
Tension reel is a common equipment in steel rolling production line,which is widely used in steel rolling,pickling,degreasing,continuous annealing,leveling,longitudinal shearing,rewinding,galvanizing,tin plating and other production lines.In the production of strip steel,the clamping force of the jaw will make the clamping bolt of the clamp strip bear large cyclic variable load tensile stress,which is easy to cause deformation,loosening and even fracture of the bolt.This will lead to the deformation of the jaw and seizure of the steel.By analyzing the structure,assembly,calibration and process of tension reel,this problem is solved fundamentally.
