阐述了分段式温控氮-氢保护气体闭式退火炉在安钢冷轧1550mm连退机组中的应用及设备概况,结合连退生产线的工艺和炉区设备特点分析了连退炉区带钢跑偏原因并提出解决措施,减少了连退炉内带钢跑偏频次,保证了生产的连续高效运行。

The application and equipment situation of the closed annealing furnace with nitrogen-hydrogen shielding gas with sectional temperature control in 1550mm cold rolling continuous annealing line of Anyang Iron and Steel Co.,Ltd.were described.Based on the process of continuous annealing production line and equipment characteristics in the furnace area,the causes of strip deviation in the continuous annealing furnace area were analyzed and the solutions were put forward,which reduced the frequency of strip deviation in the continuous annealing furnace and ensured the continuous and efficient operation of production.
