不同液体根管外冲洗对旋转镍钛器械激光标记位点处直径的影响

Effects of different liquid root canal irrigations on the diameter of laser marked sites on rotating nickel-titanium instruments

摘要 目的分析几种常用冲洗液根管外持续冲洗机用镍钛锉时,器械的折断长度及在根管内折断位置区域,为临床操作及器械改进提供一定参考和理论依据.方法建立标准化弯曲根管模型;机用ProTaper Universal F1(PTU F1)锉行根管预备,记录不同液体冲洗F1锉的器械折断长度及折断的位置区域.结果不同液体条件下进行预备,蒸馏水、生理盐水、0.2%氯己定、1%次氯酸钠、5%次氯酸钠组在距锉尖9、12、15mm激光标记处的器械折断前后直径均无明显变化(P>0.05).在距锉尖6mm处的前四组折断前后直径无明显变化(P>0.05),5%次氯酸钠组折断前后直径变化有统计差异(P<0.05).结论除5%次氯酸钠外其他四种液体根管外冲洗时对6、9、12、15mm四个激光标记点直径无明显影响;5%次氯酸钠仅对6mm激光标记处直径有影响,可能由于次氯酸钠浓度提高对锉尖腐蚀作用更强所致. Objective When preparing root canals,several tommonly used clinical rinsing solutions were used lo continuously rinse ihe rotating nickel-titanium file outside the rnol canal.The analysis of the fracture length of the inslrumenl anfl the region of the fracture posilinn of the instrument in the root canal provided a certain reference and theoretical basis for clinical operation and device improvement.Methods A standardized rurved root ranal morlel was eslahlisherl;the PTU FI file was used to prepare the root canal,and ihe fracture length of the instrument and the location area of ihe root canal fracture were recorded in different liquid washing groups of nic kel—titanium FI files.Resu Its The preparations were performed under different liquid conditions.The diamelers of the water,normal saline.0.2%rhlnrhexidine,1%sodium hypochlorite,and 5%sodium hypochlorile group al ihe laser marks 9.12.and 15mm from ihe file tip were not significant before and after the fracture.Change(P>0.05).There was no significant change in llie diameler before and after the break of ihe first four gioups at a distance of 6 mm from the file lip(P>0.05),and there was a stalisliral difTerence in ihe fliameler change before and after the break in the 5%snrlium hypochlorite grow(P<0.05).Conclusions Except for 5%sodium hypochlorite,four different liquids oulside the root canal have no significant effect on ihe diamelers of ihe four laser-marked points of 6.9.12.and 15mm.5%sodium hypochlorite only affects the diameter of ihe 6mm laser-marked points,whirh may he clue to sodium hypnfhlnrile.Increased conrenlration results in stronger corrosion of the file tip.
