摘要
目的通过实验研究将竹醋液与漂白液在相同的条件下对大肠杆菌体外抑制杀灭效果进行比较,以此为以后选用适合的杀灭抑制大肠杆菌的消毒液提供了实验依据.方法主要利用平板扩散法、二倍稀释法、平板培养法检测竹醋液以及漂白液的抑菌圈、最小抑菌浓度、最小杀菌浓度以及杀菌率.结果竹醋液原液的抑菌圈为1.1cm-1.2cm,漂白液稀释度为1:4的抑菌圈为1.1cm-1.2cm,而漂白液与竹醋液混合液稀释度为1:16时的抑菌圈为1.1cm-1.3cm;竹醋液对大肠杆菌的最小抑菌浓度为1:64,最小杀菌浓度为1:16,杀菌率为78.91%-98.52%,漂白液对大肠杆菌的最小抑菌浓度为1:64,最小杀菌浓度为1:64,杀菌率为99.99%-100%,漂白液和竹醋液的混合液最小抑菌浓度为1:128,最小杀菌浓度为1:128,杀菌率为99.99%-100%.结论漂白液杀菌能力好于竹醋液,而在抑菌方面竹醋液的抑菌能力与漂白液的抑菌能力相当.竹醋液与漂白液复配对大肠杆菌的抑菌杀菌效果提高明显,具有一定的复配的价值.
Objective Tocompare the bamhoo vinegar fluid and bleaching liquid in the same roiiditions to kill e.roli inhihilion efferl through the experiment study.and provides experiment basis for rhoosing ihe suitable exterminate inhibit e.roli disinfection.Methods Using paper method,two times diluted and flat training method lo deled the bamboo vinegar fluid and bleaching liquid harlerioslalir rirrle,MIC;MBD and sterilization rale.Results The bamboo vinegar fluid hacteriostatir lap is 1.1-1.2,and the Bleaching liquid for 1:4 dilution degrees of harteriostasis laps is 1.1-1.2.When hlearhing solution and the bamboo vinegar fluid dilution degrees is 1:16 for I he mixture,this antiharterial laps is 1.1-1.3.The bamboo vinegar fluid to colon bacillus minimum inhibition ronrentration(mir)for 1:64.minimum hartericidal roncentralion for 1:16,Sterilization rate is 78.91%—98.52%.bleaching of liquid of e.roli harteria the minimal inhibitory ronrentration of 1:64,and minimum harleriridal ronrentration for 1:64,The sterilization rale is 99.99%-100%,The minimum inhibitory concentration of the mixlure of bleach and bamboo vinegar is 1:128.the minimum harteriridal concentration is 1:128,and the harteriridal rate is 99.99%—100%.Conclusion Bleaching liquirl slerilizalion ability in hamhoo vinegar liquid in antiharterial hamhnn vinegar and hlearhing liquid antiharterial ability.The romhination of hamboo vinegar liquid and hlearhing liquid ran signifiranlly increase the antibacterial and sterilization effect of E.coli,and has a certain compound value.
