摘要
目的采用超高效液相色谱-串联质谱(UPLC-MS/MS)法针对保健食品与中成药中非法添加的10种禁用激素进行快速测定.方法液相使用CORTECS UPLC C18色谱柱(50mm×2.1mm,1.6μm),流动相A:乙腈,B:水(含0.1%甲酸),梯度洗脱;质谱采用配有电喷雾离子源(ESI)的SCIEX 4000Qtrap线型离子阱质谱仪进行检测.结果10种激素成分在1-100μg·mL^(-1)浓度范围内的线性范围中线性关系良好,相关系数均大于0.999.样品回收率在97.9%-105.7%,RSD在1.2%-5.9%.结论该方法操作简单、定性可靠、定量准确,可用于保健食品与中成药的非法添加检测.
Objective To determine 10 banned bormones illegally added in dietary supplement and Chinese patent medicines by ultra High-performance liquid chromatography tandem mass specirometry(UPLC-MS/MS).Methods HPLC was performed on rorters UPLC C,8 column(50mm×2.1mm,1.6μm)The mobile phase A:acetonitrile,15:water(containing 0.1%formic and),grarlienl elulion;Mass spertromefry was carried out using an SCIEX 4000Qtrap linear ion trap mass spectromeler equipped with an electrospray ion source(ESI).Results The composition of 10 hormones ranged from 1-100μg·mL There was a good linear relationship in the concentration range,and the rorrelalion roeffirients were more than 0.999.The recoveries ranged from 97.9%—105.7%,with RSD of 1.2%—5.9%.Conclusion The method is simple,reliable and accurate,and can be used for the detection of illegal addition of health food and Chinese patent medicine.
