痹祺胶囊联合西药治疗膝骨性关节炎的临床效果

Clinical Effects of Biqi Capsules Combined with Western Medicine in the Treatment of Knee Osteoarthritis

目的:探讨痹祺胶囊联合西药治疗膝骨性关节炎的临床效果。方法:选取2018年2月至2021年1月亳州市中医院骨科接受治疗的膝骨性关节炎患者104例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组52例。对照组采用西药综合治疗。观察组在对照组西药治疗基础上给予痹祺胶囊治疗。比较2组的疗效、膝关节症状评分、生命质量(SF-36)评分、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、骨关节炎指数(WOMAC)评分、环氧化酶-2(COX-2)、软骨寡聚基质蛋白(COMP)、基质金属蛋白酶-2(MMP-2)、基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)、复发率及不良反应发生率。结果:观察组的治疗效果好于对照组;2组在治疗后的膝关节症状评分、VAS、WOMAC、COX-2、COMP、MMP-2、MMP-9均降低,SF-36评分均增高,观察组的膝关节症状评分、VAS、WOMAC、COX-2、COMP、MMP-2、MMP-9均低于对照组,SF-36评分高于对照组;观察组患者完成治疗后3个月的复发率低于对照组(均P<0.05)。2组的不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:采取西药联合治疗的基础上添加痹祺胶囊,可进一步促进膝骨性关节炎患者症状的改善,提升生命质量,改善多种血清相关指标,降低复发率,安全性良好。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Biqi Capsules combined with western medicine in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.Methods:From February 2018 to January 2021,104 patients with knee osteoarthritis who were treated in the Department of Orthopedics,Bozhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected as the research objects.According to the method of random number table,they were divided into control group(n=52)and observation group(n=52).The control group was comprehensively treated with western medicine.The observation group was treated with Biqi Capsule on the basis of western medicine treatment in the control group.Compare the efficacy,knee symptom score,quality of life(SF-36)score,pain degree(VAS)score,osteoarthritis index(WOMAC)score,cyclooxygenase-2(COX-2),cartilage Polymatrix protein(COMP),matrix metalloproteinase-2(MMP-2),matrix metalloproteinase-9(MMP-9),recurrence rate,adverse reactions were compared.Results:The treatment effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group;after treatment,the knee symptom scores,VAS,WOMAC,COX-2,COMP,MMP-2,and MMP-9 of the two groups decreased,and the SF-36 scores increased.The knee symptom scores,VAS,WOMAC,COX-2,COMP,MMP-2,and MMP-9 of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the SF-36 score was higher than that of the control group.The recurrence rate of patients in the observation group 3 months after completing the treatment was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The addition of Biqi Capsules on the basis of western medicine combination therapy can further improve the symptoms of knee osteoarthritis patients,improve the quality of life,improve a variety of serum-related indicators,reduce the recurrence rate,and have good safety.
