铜钛层状双金属氢氧化物的制备及对脱硫性能的研究 被引量:1

摘要 天然气作为一种新兴的低碳能源,正逐渐取代煤炭、石油等传统化石能源。然而,部分天然气中含有乙硫醇、羰基硫等硫化物,对于工艺的进行与设备的使用造成许多不利影响。因此,该研究采用水热法制备不同摩尔比例的Cu-Ti层状双金属氢氧化物,通过XRD、FT-IR表征了它们的结构特征,使用固定床方式研究了它们对甲烷气中乙硫醇的动态吸附能力。结果表明,所合成的样品具有良好的层状结构与结晶度。以Cu-Ti摩尔比3∶1的样品脱硫效果最佳,其穿透吸附容量为12.48 mg·g^(-1)。 As new low-carbon energy,natural gas is gradually replacing coal,oil and other traditional fossil energy.However,parts of natural gas contains sulfide such as ethymercaptan and carbonyl sulfide,which has many adverse effects on the process and the use of equipment.Therefore,Cu-Ti layered double hydroxides with different molar ratios were prepared by hydrothermal method.Their structures were characterized by XRD and FT-IR,and their dynamic adsorption capacity for ethyl mercaptan in methane was studied by fixed bed method.The results showed that the samples had good layer structure and crystallinity.The sample with Cu-Ti molar ratio of 3∶1 had the best desulfurization effect,and its breakthrough adsorption capacity was 12.48 mg·g^(-1).
