废弃茶叶水溶液起泡能力和泡沫稳定性能的研究

摘要 茶皂素是一种天然非离子表面活性剂,具有较好的起泡能力,具备作为起泡剂的基本条件。茶叶中含有茶皂素,为利用废弃茶叶中的茶皂素,本文中研究了不同条件下废弃茶叶水溶液的起泡性能、泡沫稳定性和表面张力。试验结果表明,废弃茶叶质量浓度越高,水溶液的起泡能力越强,泡沫的稳定性能越好;茶叶浸泡温度升高,废弃茶叶水溶液的起泡能力增强,温度为70℃时,泡沫稳定性最好;随着浸泡时间增加,废弃茶叶水溶液泡沫稳定性变好,浸泡时间为6h时,水溶液的表面张力最小,起泡能力最差。 Tea saponin is a kind of natural non-ionic surfactant with good foaming ability and basic conditions as foaming agent. Tea leaves contain tea saponin. In order to utilize tea saponin in waste tea, the foaming properties, foam stability and surface tension of waste tea aqueous solution under different conditions were tested by foam scanner(FOAMSCAN) and interfacial tension(TRACKER). The results showed that the higher the concentration of waste tea, the stronger the foaming ability of the aqueous solution,and the better the stability of foam. The soaking ability of the aqueous solution of tea leaves was enhanced when the tea soaking temperature increased. When the temperature was 70 ℃, the foam stability was the best. With the increase of soaking time, the foam stability of waste tea solution improved. When the soaking time was 6 h, the surface tension of aqueous solution was the smallest, and the foaming ability was the worst.
