摘要
环氧丙烷是重要的有机化工基础材料,可用于生产聚醚多元醇、聚氨酯等化工产品,传统的氯醇法和间接氧化法产生大量污染物,因此人们一直致力于开发绿色、经济、环保的反应路径。研究丙烯选择氧化过程及寻找丙烯选择氧化多相催化反应优异催化剂是当下主要热门方向之一,铜基催化剂较其他IB族贵金属催化剂(银、金)成本低,催化丙烯选择氧化反应生成环氧丙烷选择性相对银、金有明显提升,被认为是绿色化学方案的良好实施。铜基催化剂催化丙烯选择氧化多相催化反应原子利用率高、环境友好、节约能源被人们广泛关注,在总体的产业链中起重要作用。
Propylene oxide is an important basic organic chemical material,which can be used to produce polyether polyols,polyurethane and other chemicals.The traditional chlorohydrin method and indirect oxidation method produce a large number of pollutants,so the development of green,economic and environmental protection reaction path have been committed.Research on propylene selective oxidation process and looking for excellent catalyst for propylene selective oxidation heterogeneous catalytic reaction is one of the main hot directions at present.Cu-based catalyst has lower cost than other IB noble metal catalysts(silver and gold).Compared with silver and gold,the selectivity of propylene selective oxidation to propylene oxide on the Cu-based catalyst can be improved significantly,which is considered as a good implementation of green chemical scheme.Cu-based catalysts play an important role in the overall industrial chain because of their high atomic efficiency,environmental friendliness and energy saving.
