解堵型注水井洗井液体系研发与评价

摘要 为提高海上油田注水井洗井作业效率,针对注水井堵塞物组分,研发解堵型洗井液体系,确定其配方为:4.0%无机垢除垢剂WJCG-2+2.0%有机垢除垢剂YJQX-1+2.0%缓蚀剂HSJ-01。室内实验结果表明,解堵型注水井洗井液对无机垢和有机垢均具有良好的溶蚀能力,且腐蚀速率远低于行业标准要求。体系与地层水配伍性良好,且不会对油田地面水处理流程造成不良影响。岩心渗透率恢复值大于90%,体系储层保护性能较好。该体系可有效提高海上油田注水井洗井效率。 In order to improve the efficiency of water injection well washing operations in offshore oilfields,a plug-removing well flushing fluid system was developed for the components of the water injection well blockage,and its formula was determined as follows:4.0%inorganic scale descaler WJCG-2+2.0%organic scale descaler YJQX-1+2.0%corrosion inhibitor HSJ-01.The results of indoor experiments showed that the well flushing fluid had a good ability to dissolve both inorganic and organic scales,and the corrosion rate was far lower than the industry standard requirements.The system had good compatibility with the formation water and would not cause adverse effects on the oilfield surface water treatment process.The core permeability recovery value was greater than 90%,and the system had better reservoir protection performance.It can effectively improve the efficiency of water injection well washing in offshore oilfields.
