HPLC法测定呋喃甲醛中3-呋喃甲酸

摘要 采用HPLC法建立了呋喃甲醛中3-呋喃甲酸的测定方法。色谱柱为YMCPackProC18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相A为0.1%磷酸溶液,流动相B为乙腈,线性梯度洗脱,柱温为30℃;检测波长为220 nm。经方法学验证,线性关系良好,平均回收率为97.0%。结论:所建立的HPLC法专属性强、精密度好、准确度高,可以作为呋喃甲醛中的3-呋喃甲酸的测定方法。 The method to determine 3-furoicacid in furaldehyde by HPLC was established.The separation was performed on a YMC Pack Pro C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)by liner gradient elution using 0.1%phosphoric acid solution as mobile phase A,acetonitrile as mobile phase B,the column temperature was set at 30℃,and the detected wavelength was set at 220 nm.The method was validated,which had good linear relationship,and the average recoveries was 97.0%.The established method has strong specificity,good precision and high accuracy,which can be used for determination of 3-furoicacid in furaldehyde.
