摘要
心肌病是一组多种复杂因素参与的心血管疾病,含有多种类型,发病机制异质性大且尚未完全明确。近年来,有组织活检报告显示部分心肌病患者有炎症和氧化应激反应,同时单核细胞计数与高密度脂蛋白胆固醇比值(MHR)作为一种新兴的炎症和氧化应激标志物被广泛报告。本文将从MHR作为炎症和氧化应激标志物的可行性、在心肌病发生发展机制以及现有的临床研究等方面进行系统阐述,并进一步研究其作为心肌病患者的临床检验标志物的可行性。这将对医学界评估心肌病患者的治疗措施,降低心肌病患者的死亡率,改善疾病的预后有一定的参考价值。
Cardiomyopathy is a group of cardiovascular diseases involving many complex factors,including many types.The pathogenesis is heterogeneous and not completely clear.Recently,tissue biopsies have reported inflammatory and oxidative stress in some patients with cardiomyopathy.At the same time,Monocyte count and high density lipoprotein cholesterol ratio(MHR)have been widely reported as an emerging marker of inflammation and oxidative stress.This article will systematically elaborate on the feasibility of MHR as a marker of inflammation and oxidative stress,the mechanism of cardiomyopathy′s occurrence and development and the existing clinical research.It will further study its feasibility as a marker of clinical examination in patients with cardiomyopathy.This will have a certain reference value for doctors to evaluate the treatment measures of patients with cardiomyopathy,which can reduce the mortality of patients with cardiomyopathy and improve the prognosis of the disease.
