关于武汉市胰岛素带量采购落地情况的分析

Analysis of purchasing and landing of insulin in Wuhan

目的给国家生物类似药集采提供借鉴。方法从武汉市第一批药品集采基本情况、胰岛素落地推进工作、胰岛素落地情况分析三个方面,对武汉市胰岛素带量采购落地半年情况进行整体分析。结果执行半年内胰岛素整体完成百分比是43.50%,国产企业完成率较进口企业高,带量采购后胰岛素类似物占比从68.67%略提高到了69.21%,半年落地情况是人胰岛素完成了33.03%,胰岛素类似物完成了40.99%。结论武汉市胰岛素带量采购实现了组内替代,为后期生物类似药集采提供数据支持。

Objective To provide reference for the centralized procurement of biosimilar drugs in China.Methods An overall analysis was made on the situation of insulin procurement in Wuhan in half a year from three aspects:the basic situation of the first batch of drug collection in Wuhan,the promotion of insulin delivery,and the situation of insulin delivery.Results Within half a year of implementation,the overall completed percentage of insulin was 43.5%,and the completion rate of domestic enterprises was higher than that of imported enterprises.After purchasing with quantity,the proportion of insulin analogues slightly increased from 68.67% to 69.21%.In half a year,the completion rate of human insulin was 33.03% and that of insulin analogues was 40.99%.Conclusions Insulin band volume procurement in Wuhan realized intra-group substitution,which providing data support for the centralized procurement of biosimilar drugs in the later stage.
