环硅酸锆钠治疗高钾血症的临床研究进展

高钾血症(hyperkalemia)是一个对生命具有潜在威胁的新陈代谢类疾病。高钾血症可诱发心律失常(arrhythmia),增加患者的死亡风险。而近几十年来,高钾血症的治疗手段非常局限。选择性阳离子交换剂环硅酸锆钠作为一种治疗成人高钾血症的新型药物,可以有效稳定降低血钾水平,起效快,且不良反应较少。本文就环硅酸锆钠的作用机制、临床应用及安全性作一综述,为临床医生提供更多用药参考。

Hyperkalemia is a potential life-threatening metabolic problem.Hyperkalemia can induce arrhythmia and increase the risk of death.In recent decades,the treatment for hyperkalemia is very limited.Sodium zirconium cyclosilicate,a selective cation exchanger,is a new type of drug for adult hyperkalemia,it can effectively and stably reduce serum potassium level,with rapid onset and less adverse reactions.This article reviews the mechanism of action,clinical application and safety of sodium zirconium cyclosilicate to provide more medication information for clinicians.
