中西医结合治疗白假丝酵母菌性阴道炎的效果观察

Effect of combined Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of patients with vulvovaginal candidiasis

目的:探讨中西医结合治疗白假丝酵母菌性阴道炎的效果。方法:选取白假丝酵母菌性阴道炎患者196例,按照随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,每组各98例。对照组给予克霉唑治疗,观察组在此基础上给予红核妇洁洗液治疗,比较两组治疗后总有效率、临床症状消失时间及不良反应发生率。结果:观察组治疗的总有效率95.92%高于对照组的83.67%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组的临床症状消失时间及复发率显著低于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:红核妇洁洗液联合克霉唑治疗白假丝酵母菌性阴道炎效果显著,可降低复发率,安全性良好。

Objective: To discuss the effect of the combined Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of vulvovaginal candidiasis. Methods: 196 patients with vulvovaginal candidiasis were randomly divided into the observation group and control group, with 98 cases in each group. The control group received clotrimazole treatment, while the observation group were Honghe Fujie Xiye on the basis of the control group. The total effective rate, disappearance time of clinical symptoms and incidence of adverse reactions was compared between both groups. Results: The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.92%, higher than 83.67% of the control group, which was of statistical difference(P<0.05);after treatment, the disappearance time and recurrence rate of the clinical symptoms in the observation group were significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05);and there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion: Honghe Fujie Xiye combined with clotrimazole has obvious therapeutic effect on vulvovaginal candidiasis. It can not only reduce the recurrence rate, but also is safe.
