宫腔镜电切术联合左炔诺孕酮宫内缓释系统对子宫内膜息肉患者雌孕激素受体的影响

Effects of hysteroscopic electrotomy combined with levonorgestrel intrauterine sustained release system on patients with endometrial polyp

目的:分析宫腔镜电切术联合左炔诺孕酮宫内缓释系统对子宫内膜息肉患者雌孕激素受体的影响。方法:选取80例子宫内膜息肉患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各40例。对照组采用宫腔镜电切术治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上联合左炔诺孕酮宫内缓释系统治疗。比较两组雌激素受体、孕激素受体、不良反应发生率和复发率。结果:治疗后,两组雌激素受体、孕激素受体水平均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组复发率低于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:宫腔镜电切术联合左炔诺孕酮宫内缓释系统治疗子宫内膜息肉,可促进雌、孕激素受体的改善,安全性高,复发率低。

Objective: To investigate the effects of hysteroscopic electrotomy combined with levonorgestrel intrauterine sustained release system on patients with endometrial polyp. Methods: 80 cases of endometrial polyp patients were randomized into the control group(n=40)and observation group(n=40). The control group were treated with hysteroscopic electrotomy, while the observation group were treated with levonorgestrel intrauterine sustained release system on the basis of the control group. Estrogen receptor, progesterone receptor, incidence of adverse reactions and recurrence rate were compared between the two groups. Results: The estrogen receptor and progesterone receptor level in both groups was lower than that before treatment, and the observation group’s estrogen receptor and progesterone receptor level was lower than that of the control group, which was of statistical difference(P<0.05);there was no significance of the incidence of adverse reactions in both groups(P>0.05);and the recurrence rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, which was of statistical difference(P<0.05). Conclusion: Hysteroscopic electrotomy combined with levonorgestrel intrauterine sustained release system in the treatment of endometrial polyps can promote the improvement of estrogen and progesterone receptors, with high safety and low recurrence rate.
