不同曝气量下凹土复合炭生物脱氮填料的运行效能研究

摘要 以凹土为主要原材料,复合炭制备的生物填料处理某公司厂区生活污水。文章通过对比试验考察了不同配比下制备的凹土复合炭生物脱氮填料及PE填料去除污染物效能的影响。不同曝气量下3种配比制备的生物填料处理生活污水研究结果表明:氨氮和总磷去除效率随着曝气量降低呈现下降趋势,说明凹土复合炭制备的生物填料具备三维网状结构,可以实现同步脱氮除磷功能。不同曝气量下生物填料与PE填料去除生活污水效果的研究表明:氨氮的去除效果受曝气量影响较大。曝气量为1.0 mL/min时,生物填料依然存在好氧吸磷现象,吸磷量达6.4 mg/L,而PE填料几乎无除磷效果;随着曝气量降低,PE填料除磷效果不明显,而生物填料依然可保持30%~40%的总磷去除率。 Biological denitrification medium was prepared from attapulgite clay and composite carbon,and was applied to domestic wastewater treatment of a company factory area.The effects of biological denitrification filler and PE filler on pollutant removal efficiency were investigated by comparative test.The removal efficiency of ammonia nitrogen and total phosphorus decreased with the decrease of aeration rate.This indicates that the biological filler prepared by attapulgite clay and composite carbon has three-dimensional network structure and can realize simultaneous nitrogen and phosphorus removal.The removal efficiency results of biological filler and PE filler under different aeration rates showed that:ammonia nitrogen removal efficiency was affected by aeration rate.When the aeration rate was 1.0 mL/min,the biological filler could remove phosphorus,and the phosphorus absorption reached 6.4 mg/L,while the PE filler had almost no phosphorus removal efficiency.When aeration rate decreased,the phosphorus removal efficiency of PE filler was not obvious,while the biological filler could still maintain 30%~40%total phosphorus removal rate.
