多维视域下区域一体化对城市土地绿色利用效率的影响机制研究

Research on the Influence Mechanism of Regional Integration on Urban Land Green Use Efficiency from Multi-dimensional Perspective

从多维视角探索区域一体化对城市土地绿色利用效率的影响机制,可以为一体化战略“扩容”及城市土地绿色利用路径优化提供理论和实践支撑。本文以2003—2018年中国285个地级市为研究样本,采用双重差分倾向得分匹配法(PSM-DID)检验区域一体化对城市土地绿色利用效率的影响效应,探索性构建“市场-技术-产业”的多维理论分析框架,运用中介效应模型挖掘区域一体化提升城市土地绿色利用效率的影响机制。实证结果表明:第一,与未实施区域一体化的城市相比,一体化地区城市土地绿色利用效率高出0.124个单位,并且这一提升效应存在显著的地区异质性;第二,通过对多维作用机制的独立效应及协同效应检验发现,区域一体化建设依赖市场关联、技术创新及产业结构高级化促进城市土地绿色利用效率提升,产业结构合理化变量的中介作用尚未显现。

From the multi-dimensional perspective,this paper explores the impact of regional integration on urban land green use efficiency(ULGUE),and provides support for the expansion of integration strategy and the optimization of the urban land green use path.Based on the data of 285 prefecture-level cities in China from 2003 to 2018,this paper uses the PSM-DID method to test the effect of regional integration on ULGUE.Then,based on the analysis framework of market-technology-industry,this paper uses the intermediary effect model to explore the multi-dimensional mechanism of regional integration to improve ULGUE.It is found that compared with cities without implemented regional integration,the ULGUE in integrated areas increased by 0.124,which has a significant heterogeneity.Besides,by testing the independent and synergistic effects of the multi-dimensional mechanism,the promotion of ULGUE relies on market connection,technological innovation and advancement of industrial structure,while rationalization of industrial structure does not play the intermediary role.
