Party spirit education is an inevitable requirement for the Communist Party to have the courage of self-revolution,maintain vigor and vitality,win the people's heartfelt support and always stay in the forefront of the times.This paper traces the red resources of the party spirit education in Jiangtaibu new Long March Cadre College,and deeply discusses that the curriculum design based on the party spirit education resources should realize the four principles of"the unity of history and the times","the unity of theory and thought","the unity of goal and effect"and"the unity of point and area",and explores and summarizes the experience and Enlightenment of Jiangtaibu new Long March Cadre College in teaching management,administrative management and college students management.
