水玻璃在粗锡精矿除硫浮选中的应用

摘要 某选厂精选系统处理粗锡精矿,存在硫精矿夹带锡品位及金属偏高等问题。结合该系统浮选流程近期仅添加活化剂硫酸铜、未添加其它调整剂的生产实际,开展了除硫浮选调整剂试验研究。试验中选择水玻璃效果较佳,硫精矿带锡品位降至0.4%以下,带锡金属率由1.01%下降至0.66%,锡精矿含硫品位由2.450%下降至2.250%,且对摇床选别指标的提升有促进作用。试验结果表明,将水玻璃应用在该精选流程中,取得了较好的效果。 There are some problems in the treatment of coarse tin concentrate in a concentrator,such as the high entrainment of tin grade and content in sulfur concentrate.Combined with the production practice that the flotation process of the system in which only activator sulfate with no other regulator is added,the de-sulfur flotation experiments on regulator is carried out.The selection of water glass is more effective in the test,the tin grade in the sulfur concentrate is reduced to less than 0.4%,the tin metal ratio in the sulfur concentrate is reduced from 1.01%to 0.66%,and the sulfur grade in the tin concentrate is decreased from 2.45%to 2.25%,and it has the promotion function to the table concentrator selection index.The test results show that,the application of water glass in the process has achieved good results.
