数字经济赋能高质量发展路径研究--基于长三角一体化中心城市的组态分析

Research on the Paths of Digital Economy Empowering High-quality Development:Based on the Configuration Analysis of the Integrated Central Cities in the Yangtze River Delta

文章结合数字经济发展的特点和高质量发展理论要求,提出数字经济驱动经济高质量发展的整合性分析框架,并借助模糊集定性比较分析对我国长三角一体化27个中心城市进行了组态分析。研究发现:通过数字经济驱动经济高质量发展有数字工业型、数字人才型、数字基础设施型、综合型Ⅰ(数字基础设施主导)和综合型Ⅱ(数字人才主导)5条路径,且数字工业型是主要的驱动路径;通过改善数字经济基础设施的发展水平、形成吸引数字经济人才发展的社会环境是改进地区经济高质量发展的核心条件;工业数字化是各地经济高质量发展过程中有效的可行方法。研究结论有助于理解不同地区经济高质量发展道路中数字经济因素间复杂互动的本质,对地方建设经济高质量发展特色道路有实践启示作用。

Combined with the characteristics of digital economy development and the theoretical requirements of high-quality development,this paper puts forward an integrated analysis framework of digital economy driving high-quality economic development,and makes a configuration analysis of 27 integrated central cities in the Yangtze River Delta with the help of fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis.It is found that there are five paths to drive high-quality economic development through digital economy:digital industrial type,digital talent type,digital infrastructure type,comprehensive type Ⅰ(digital infrastructure-led)and comprehensive type Ⅱ(digital talent-led),and digital industrial type is the main driving path;improving the development level of digital economy infrastructure and forming a social environment to attract digital economy talents are the core conditions for improving the high-quality development of regional economy;industrial digitization is an effective and feasible method in the process of high-quality economic development.The research conclusion is helpful to understand the essence of the complex interaction between digital economy factors in the road of high-quality economic development in different regions,and has practical enlightenment for local construction of characteristic road of high-quality economic development.
