摘要
介绍了某炼钢厂连铸机喷嘴堵塞原因及降低喷嘴堵塞的主要措施。通过分析二冷水硬度、电导率、氯离子、油含量、悬浮物等指标,结合二冷水工艺执行、管理制度及主要设备现状,查找到喷嘴堵塞的主要影响因素,并制定了有效措施,喷嘴堵塞现象得到了明显改善。
This article introduced the reasons for the nozzle clogging of a continuous caster in a steelmaking plant and the main measures to reduce nozzle clogging. Through the analysis of the hardness,conductivity,chloride ion,oil content,suspended solids and other indicators of the secondary cold water,combined with the implementation of the secondary cold water process,management system and the status of the main equipment, the main influencing factors of nozzle clogging were found, and effective measures were formulated. The phenomenon has been significantly improved.
