摘要
随着钢铁企业的发展,烧结余热回收利用尤其在余热发电方面取得了长足的进步,国内烧结厂大多都建设环冷机余热回收系统,该设计是基于烧结矿冷却,而非余热回收,因此余热回收效率较低,基于此,国内提出了烧结矿余热竖罐式回收工艺流程。对于竖罐余热回收装置,冷却段内气体流动特性对装置余热回收效率会产生重要影响,本文结合大量文献所描述的实验和模拟,主要针对装置内气体流动问题以及装置结构和操作参数,进行文献综述。目前,竖罐式余热回收装置结构方面还有一些参数尚未确定最佳数据,例如进料口选择多口还是单口,回收装置选择圆形还是方形。本文对前人的研究结果进行归纳总结,综述余热回收发展现状,并依托文献与工业实际提出观点及建议,为后续研究提出方向,奠定基础。
With the development of country’s iron and steel enterprises,sintering waste heat recovery and utilization have made considerable progress,especially in waste heat power generation.Most domestic sintering plants have built circulating cooler waste heat recovery systems.The design is based on sinter cooling rather than waste heat recovery.The waste heat recovery efficiency is low.Based on this,a vertical tank recovery process of sintering waste heat has been proposed in China.For the vertical tank waste heat recovery device,the gas flow characteristics in the cooling section will have an important impact on the waste heat recovery efficiency of the device.This article combines the experiments and simulations described in a large number of documents.A literature review was conducted for the problems of gas flow in the device and the device structure and operating parameters.At present,there are still some parameters in the structure of the vertical tank waste heat recovery device that have not yet determined the best data,such as the choice of multi-port or single-port for the feed inlet,and round or square for the recovery device.This article summarizes the results of the predecessors,summarizes the development status of waste heat recovery,and puts forward its own opinions and suggestions based on the literature and industry practice,and lays the foundation for the future research.
