摘要
我国工程公司承揽国际EPC总承包工程项目的数量持续增加,单体规模不断增大。施工管理作为EPC总承包中的重要环节,其管理水平和成果直接影响到项目总目标的实现,以及企业在国际工程市场上的竞争能力。本文根据国际工程施工管理的特点,从管理实务标准化、人力资源属地化、管理过程数据化等几个方面对施工管理进行探讨。通过文中这些措施的实施,可以提高工程公司总部对施工管理的管控能力,降低施工成本,提高施工管理水平,实现可持续长期发展。
The international EPC projects undertaken by Chinese engineering companies continues to increase,and the scale of single project continues to increase.Construction management is an important part of EPC project,and its management level and results directly affect the realization of the overall project goals and the subsequent competitiveness in the international engineering market.According to the characteristics of international construction management,this article discusses construction management from several aspects such as standardization of management practices,localization of human resources and datamation of management processes.The author believes that the implementation of these measures in the article can improve the management and control ability of the headquarters in construction management,reduce construction costs,improve construction management levels,and achieve sustainable long-term development.
