摘要
通过对实际调研数据进行统计分析后,明确影响地方应用型本科院校人才培养的5个关注度较高的公共因子,并构建主成分分析模型,确定其中关键因子;再针对关键因子及部分公共因子,提出地方应用型本科院校创新管理的部分举措,如通过创建"1+N"校企合作的实践教学体系平台、优化"双师型"师资队伍结构等,为地方应用型本科院校人才培养模式创新管理研究,提供了理论依据,并具有一定实践价值。
Through statistical analysis of the actual survey data,this paper clarifies the five public factors with high attention that affect talents cultivation in local application-oriented undergraduate universities,and constructs a principal component analysis model to determine the key factors.In view of the key factors and some public factors,it puts forward some countermeasures for innovation and management in local applied undergraduate universities,such as creating a practical teaching system platform by"1+N"university-enterprise cooperation,optimizing the structure of double-qualified teachers,trying to provide the theoretical basis for the research of innovation and management for talents training mode in local applied undergraduate universities,which has certain practical value.
