高校作为创新创业人才培养的重要输出阵地,培养具备良好工匠精神的新型社会人才符合当下市场变化需求,因此,在教学培养中渗透工匠精神更显重要。以此为视角,从"工匠精神"的核心内容和价值导向谈起,理清工匠精神与高等教育发展之间的关系,阐述现阶段高校创新创业教育存在的问题及原因,最后就将工匠精神培育如何高效融入高校"双创"教育应采取的策略进行了深入的研究。

As an important output place of training innovation and entrepreneurship talents,colleges and universities cultivate new social talents with good craftsman spirit,which meets the needs of the current market change.Therefore,it is very important to infiltrate the craftsman spirit to teaching.From this perspective,starting from the core content and value orientation of craftsman spirit,the paper clarifies the relationship between craftsman spirit and the development of higher education,expounds the problems and reasons of innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities at present stage,and finally,it makes a deep study on how to integrate the craftsman spirit cultivation into the innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities.
