Practice and Research on Convergence Management for International Students in China

随着中国高等教育国际化水平逐渐提高,来华留学生的规模日益扩大,趋同化的管理方式已成为我国高校留学生管理的主要趋势。从实现来华留学生趋同化管理的角度,围绕来华留学生趋同化管理服务过程中遇到的难题,解析高校推进留学生趋同化管理的具体实践措施,并从制定留学生管理统一规范、尊重留学生文化差异性以及为留学生趋同化管理提供保障等方面提供对策,推动来华留学生管理服务趋同化发展。

With the gradual improvement of the internationalization of China’s higher education,the number of international students in China is increasing,which has aroused social concern.The convergence management has become an important trend in the management of international students in Chinese universities.From the perspective of achieving the convergence management for foreign students in China,focusing on the difficulties encountered in the process of the convergence management,this article analyzes the specific practice in promoting the convergence management,and provides countermeasures from formulating unified standards,respecting their cultural differences and providing guarantees for them,hoping to promote the convergence development of management service for international students.
