地方应用型大学计算机专业学生创新能力培养模式研究

Research on Mode of Computer Majors’Innovation Ability Training in Local Applied Universities

在新的形势下,我国传统教育模式发生变革,计算机专业的教育方式也在改变。只有理解应用型大学的人才培养模式,才能明晰创新能力培养的着重点和关键点。如何将大学生创新能力的培养融入到新的教育模式中,关系到学生的就业、学校的发展。文章论述将新的培养模式,即与企业深度融合、"学行赛创"多维度培养、"十万行代码育人工程"及"卓越工程师孵化工程"4项特色育人工程切实落实到教学的具体环节,希望能提供一些启示和帮助。

In the new situation,China’s traditional education mode has been changed,and the educational way for computer specialty is also changing.Only by understanding the talents training mode of application-oriented universities,can we make clear the focus and key points of innovation ability training.How to integrate the cultivation of students’innovation ability into the new education mode is related to the employment of students and the development of the school.This paper discusses the ways of carrying out the new training mode including four characteristic items,namely,deep integration with enterprises,"learning,practice,competition and innovation"multi-dimension training mode,"one hundred thousand lines of code education project"and"outstanding engineer incubation project"in the specific links of teaching,hoping to provide some enlightenment and help.
