工财跨界融合:财经类高校“新财经”教学改革研究

Cross-border Discipline Integration of Engineering and Finance:Research on Teaching Reform of“New Finance and Economics”in Financial Colleges and Universities

工财跨界融合是要促进财经专业教育与工科的跨界融合,把工科不同的学科理论、工具、方法等与财经学科专业有机统一起来,重构学科组织体系,完善跨学科组织架构和制度环境,深化跨学科、整体性人才培养的"新财经"教育模式。提出工财跨界融合的指引工具框架,以期协助财经类高校探索建立基于工财跨界融合的"新财经"教育模式,并提出具体措施路径和保障建议。

The cross-border discipline integration of engineering and finance is to promote the cross-border integration of finance and economics education with engineering subject,which requires to organically integrate the different discipline theories,tools and methods of engineering subject with finance and economics discipline,reconstruct the discipline organization system,improve the cross-disciplinary organization structure and system environment,and establish the"new finance and economics"education mode for cross-disciplinary and integrated personnel training.This paper puts forward a guiding tool framework for discipline integration of engineering and finance,in order to help financial colleges and universities to explore and establish a"new financial and economic"education model based on the discipline cross-border integration of engineering and finances,and it presents some specific measures and guarantee suggestions.
