摘要 为了解决传统的调控端操作依赖人工判断及下令带来的安全风险高、操作效率低问题,基于电网运行控制平台搭建智能操作系统,实现调度端OCS与DICP数据互联。智能操作系统采用专家系统实现图形出票,定义调控操作的防误校核规则与智能程序化操作规则,实现了调度端操作票的逐项自动遥控、自动下令、设备状态自动校核,以智能程序化操作代替传统人工判断及下令,有效地提高了调控端操作效率和安全性。 In order to solve the problems of high security risks and low operating efficiency caused by the traditional operation of the regulation end relying on manual judgment and orders,the article builds an intelligent operating system based on the power grid operation control platform to realize the data interconnection between the dispatching end OCS and DICP.The intelligent operating system adopts the expert system to realize graphic ticket issuing,defines the anti-error checking rules and intelligent program operation rules of the control operation,and realizes the itemized automatic remote control,automatic ordering,and automatic checking of the equipment status of the operation ticket of the dispatching terminal.The programmed operation replaces the traditional manual judgment and order,which effectively improves the efficiency and safety of the control terminal operation.
