EMI在日本高校的发展阶段及动因分析

摘要 伴随着国际化趋势的日益推进,近年来英语作为教学媒介语(EMI)在高校的发展势头只增不减。基于文献分析和整理,将EMI的发展粗略地分为三个阶段,并对EMI在日本的发展动因、限制性因素进行了简要论述,旨在使读者对日本EMI在HEIs中的发展有一个初步了解和认识,也为后续研究提供一定的资料。 With the increasing trend of internationalization,the development momentum of English as a medium of instruction(EMI)in colleges and universities has only increased in recent years.Based on literature analysis and collation,the development of EMI is roughly divided into three stages,and the motivations and restrictive factors of EMI development in Japan are briefly discussed,aiming to give readers a preliminary understanding of the development of Japanese EMI in HEIs.Understanding and understanding also provide certain information for follow-up research.
